This paper work details the park owners and buyers legal commitments and is split into the following areas;

What happens if you want to sell the caravan?

• Caravan Pitch Licence Agreement

This covers how long a caravan can be sited, Fees & Rates, Moving the Caravan, Park Rules, Hiring & Complaints & Disputes.

• Pitch Improvement Policy

Rules on what you can / and can’t do to your Pitch.

All paperwork was concise and not too wordy and seemed to be in place to protect both parties. Park resorts also adear to the Code of Practice outlined by the industry added to our peace of mind.

We also liked the fact we could site our caravan on our pitch indefinitely as long as we complied with Park Rules.
