We stayed at Thorness Bay caravan park for a short break during the first week of May.The sight is pleasantly situated on the coast and close to both Newport and Cowes.The site itself has a small swimming pool,large outdoor play area.freindly bar/restaurant serving food all day.We were lucky enough to have a caravan near the residential area which was very peaceful and well maintained.The accomodation itself was clean and suited our needs very well,well equipped with all we needed,and a shower which was hot and surprisingly powerful.

I would recommend the Isle Of Wight to anyone with a young family as there is so much to see and do: a zoo.wildlife parks,various themed parks,the whole island itself is a great place to explore and nowhere on there is too far away.We have been three times and intend to return soon.
