Haven holiday homes introduce super size pitches
Haven Holidays who operate 35 static caravan holiday parks across the UK have announced they are launching new super size pitches at some of its most luxurious holiday parks. The pitches are designed to accomodate the new luxury range of Willerby holiday homes including the 16 foot New England and 20 foot New Hampshire models. Premier pitch are currently available at Hafan-y-Mor in North Wales, Haggerston Castle near Berwick in Northumberland and Devon Cliffs at Exmouth.
These new luxury pitches will include;
- Parking for 2 cars
- Verandas large enough to take a spa
- Access to wi-fi internet access
- Satellite TV links
- Privacy landscaping
- Private gated development locations
There is expected to be high demand from current owners who wish to upgrade from the current static caravans as well as from new owners. As a result of the quality and size of the product such pitches are also expected to attract customers that have never before considered a static holiday home.
Prices will range from £95,000 to £165,000 depending on model and specification and wood clad lodges are expected to be very popular.
Many people with in the industry see this level of investment into such a premium product will help drive forward static holiday home ownership in the UK.
